m8k8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the m8k8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. m8k8 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your m8k8 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. m8k8 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
m8k8 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. m8k8 may suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m8k8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. m8k8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify m8k8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
m8k8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). m8k8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. m8k8 does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your m8k8 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically credited within a few minutes during banking hours. m8k8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. m8k8 aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified accounts. m8k8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where m8k8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
m8k8 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. m8k8 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of m8k8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m8k8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
m8k8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude m8k8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
m8k8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
m8k8 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the AMLC, as required by Philippine law. m8k8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
m8k8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all m8k8 account holders free of charge:

Upon termination of your account for cause, m8k8 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your m8k8 account at any time by contacting m8k8 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through m8k8's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
m8k8 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by m8k8 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
m8k8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, m8k8 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at m8k8.net/terms-conditions.
